  • Hello! Welcome to the Blog.

As a lifestyle and wedding photographer, I love what I do. My intentions are to capture life as it happens and tell stories through energetic and artistic imagery. And oh yes, my photos are lively and fun, but most importantly, they are about you just being you. What does that mean exactly? It means images that are casual and minimally posed, all the while timeless. So. If you're looking for the unexpected, beauty in simplicity kind of photographs, well, then let's chat.

Thanks for stopping by the blog. Here you will find my latest work, travels + endless adventures. For more information + my complete portfolio, visit the website at www.noelleann.com

Don't be shy, say hello! And pretty please--do not remove, copy or use photos in any way without permission. Many thanks!

Susie + Aaron…A re-wedding.

Last weekend two good family friends of my husband and mine celebrated their tenth anniversary with a renewal of the vows ceremony.  When they got married ten years ago, they wed at the courthouse, so to celebrate a decade together, they decided to renew their marriage vows [or have a "re-wedding" as we were calling it] :)  With the help of friends [my sister in laws and one of our mutual friends, to be exact] they had a beautiful event to commemorate their lives together thus far.  The celebration was held at the home where my husband grew up, which also happens to be where we got married over six years ago.  What a beautiful way to mark the years spent together so far, and re-commit to one another surrounded by loved ones.  We are thankful to have people like Susie + Aaron in our lives who we can have endless amounts of good times with and hang together like family.  Here’s to many more anniversaries together, lots of volleyball Sundays [a tradition every Sunday in the summer at their place],  3rd of July get-togethers, and motorcycle rides.

[Oh, and PS. that stunning dress was handMADE by my talented sister-in-law, Abi.]

Thompson Family.

Oh, how I adore this family ! I’ve been photographing them since Carter (the youngest) was a newborn.  I love meeting up with them every year and seeing how big the kids are getting.  Kati + Dave are just as sweet as can be, and the five of them together are really just the cutest little family. I told Kati they looked like a Gap ad ;)  I know I’ve mentioned it before, but this year I am really coming to grips with how many amazing and wonderful people I get to work with again and again. I’m thankful for all of you,and for the time I’ve spent with you.  It makes me so genuinely happy! So many of you have been such an encouragement to me and my growing business–I am forever greatful. You inspire me, you encourage me, and you push me to excel.  What a beautiful thing !

Katrina + John.

Katrina is the sister of one of my past grooms, so I get another opportunity to work with a family I already know and love.  Katrina & John live in the Cleveland area so we decided to do their shoot there.  It’s always nice for me to get out of Toledo and get a change of scenery.  I am thankful for laid back & easy going couples like these two who will go with the flow and follow along with my [sometimes] quirky ideas :)  But hopefully in the end it all makes sense and the photos bring a smile to your face.  I look forward to seeing these two again at their 2011 spring wedding.
