I was contacted by Simply Bridal to put together a styled shoot using one of their dresses. I immediately jumped at the opportunity, as I  have had some ideas floating around in my head for awhile in regards to a stylized shoot. I got in touch with  some of Toledo’s finest wedding professionals to collaborate. As for the “theme” of the shoot, I wanted it to be something unique, with earthy accents that are reminiscent of my favorite place on earth (the desert of course) so I chose a bold red dress to set the tone. After several weeks of planning, the details came together perfectly.

The day of the shoot the radar showed a huge storm headed our way. While my model was getting her hair and make-up done, the storm arrived and continued to grow as it moved in. I watched the radar like a hawk and decided to wait it out (instead of freak out). Within an hour and a half, the sky cleared right up and gave us the most beautiful evening for the shoot. A HUGE thank you to my friends/models, J + Chelsey (who are about to be newlyweds) and of course, all participating vendors! The shoot would not have come together so beautifully without any of them. See the full list of participating wedding professionals at the bottom of the post. Untitled-3 bohemianshoot-095 bohemianshoot-104 bohemianshoot-006 bohemianshoot-001 bohemianshoot-089 bohemianshoot-057 bohemianshoot-033 bohemianshoot-093 Untitled-2 bohemianshoot-007 bohemianshoot-063 bohemianshoot-064 Untitled-4 bohemianshoot-067 Untitled-1 bohemianshoot-066 bohemianshoot-072 bohemianshoot-071 bohemianshoot-075 bohemianshoot-161 bohemianshoot-170 bohemianshoot-173 bohemianshoot-163 bohemianshoot-115 bohemianshoot-023 bohemianshoot-039 bohemianshoot-054 bohemianshoot-042 bohemianshoot-046 bohemianshoot-052 bohemianshoot-088 bohemianshoot-145 bohemianshoot-102 bohemianshoot-120 bohemianshoot-114 bohemianshoot-118 bohemianshoot-126 bohemianshoot-132 bohemianshoot-148 bohemianshoot-143 bohemianshoot-147 bohemianshoot-156 bohemianshoot-150
